So, has anyone seen that Through the Devil's Eyes has an imdb page?
If you look you'll notice that it's in post. Do you know what that means? It means that the only thing left to do is edit and fix any bad voices. That's right. I shot a full length feature film! YAY! I finished last weekend but I have been busy with editing and trying to catch up on sleep I've missed out on and working my normal day to day job. So yeah, not much time to be posting stuff. Anyway, I just wanted to update everyone and let you know that the film has been shot. Now all that's left is editing the damn thing.
Geez, November felt like it wouldn't end. Fuck November, seriously. I'm glad it's over. Now I can finally wrap up my film. I have two more days of shooting with my actors remaining and then hopefully the film will be done and can go into post. Will it be good? Don't ask me. I am very very critical of myself and cannot answer such an absurd question. However, I will be able to say that I wrote and directed a feature film.
What's going on with me? Not much, just taking time for myself. In my personal life, things suck, but what else is new? I guess that's the big reason I haven't been writing on here. Well that and trying to get the new website on the road. But even then, I'll probably disappear for awhile while I try and get my actual life together. I have also taken this time to think if I really want to make movies. The truth is, this project has worn on me but I constantly look forward to shooting again. That's the way I am. Even if this movie ends up being the death of me, I'll still be happy that I made it.
That's what's weird about me. I don't like bragging that I make movies to people in real life because...well they're people in real life. They don't understand.
Eh, there I go rambling again. Anyway, yeah, the film is almost wrapped and I really hope everyone enjoys the final product. I'll continue to update this thing and will get an awesome site going, but for now, I just want to finish my movie and die in obscurity. Not literally die, there are still several films I want to make.
Let's bring back a classic for this post.
I'm Still In.
